We understand that customers are not all alike and that one size doesn’t necessarily fit all. Yes, we make cages in standard sizes, but we are adept too at adapting the design to meet what our customers want.
Around 50% of our work is bespoke – whether it’s a bit of tweaking or a whole new design, we’re responsive to the needs of our customers.
We understand that our customers want the security of knowing that their cage, screen or covers will be top quality, durable and stand the test of time.
Quality is our watchword. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our workmanship. Our newly-installed powder-coating plant ensures that the quality of the finished article is second to none.
This also removes the need to outsource – resulting delays in the manufacturing process are reduced, meaning quicker delivery times.
We’re passionate about the health and safety of our customers. For example, our Concertina cage uses heavier grade steel for its support posts, and cross-rails at the back for stability.
Combi cages include a spreader bar to hold the cage rigid and stable when being moved. And all our cages are delivered with full maintenance and usage instructions, including all parts being stickered with a warning that the cage should not be used in high winds. Strength and stability are of utmost importance.

DEM sports were extremely helpful, adaptable and patient (Carolyn) throughout the design process, adjusting the bespoke concertina net to exactly suit our needs (including adding the golf netting area). On the day of the fitting, John and Mark were prompt and professional. They worked quickly but were more than happy to spend the time with me checking I understood the mechanism and the procedure to compress and expand the net (including a couple of 'run-throughs'). Everyone at the company has been happy to help and we would definitely use them again for any bespoke sports equipment we require.
